The direct download link works but I can't see this version on the ASUS download site. Latest there is 3902. What country are you in OP?

Edit: Nevermind once you select Win 10 x64 from the dropdown 4101 will appear. Thanks for supporting this mobo since 2014! Was thinking about another company for my next upgrade this will make me reconsider.

Has anyone that had the "overclocking bug" tried the new BIOS?

I'd say it's almost 100% likely to fix the OC bug. This BIOS updates the microcode for your CPU, which is what I have already done manually using instructions posted on this forum. I've never had an issue with OC, even in 1903 before I rolled back to 1809.
