Failed flashback Asus X570 Crosshair VIII Hero

Hi, i bought the Asus C8H motherboard few days ago which came with bios version 0506. New bios version 0702 has been released and i try to flash the bios with flashback method, unfortunately no matter how i tried it just don't work, i formatted the USB drive by CMD diskpart method still failed. Appreciate if anyone can advise how to proceed further?

    USB stick must be FAT32.

Place file in root of USB stick.

    File must be:-

C8H.CAP for Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Hero, also ref page 2-14 of manual.

C8HW.CAP for Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Hero WiFi, also ref page 2.15 of manual.

USB stick must be in port on rear IO which has BIOS written near it.
