Can't change password

I get access denied, and a lot of info, when trying to change my password. I also am asked to contact system administrator. Wouldn't it be easier for all parties involved if there was an explanation for how to contact the sysadm?

Anyone got any ideas what's happening?

When do you get the error? Accessing the page or when you click Save Changes?

Perhaps try changing your password through the main ASUS site? That might avoid the weird errors this forum has been experiencing lately.
