I have Asus Crosshair VI Extreme working fine without any issues with the 1800X the cpu I used before upgrade to Ryzen 3000
For upgrade I put the latest bios via flashback , rename the file with the renamer tool that is inside the file . Just exchange the cpu with 3700x , and populate all 4 memory slots with Crucial Ballixtic Memory Kit 4x 8GB at 3200mhz , press power and took less than one minute to enter to Bios, just change some setting on Bios to drop the cpu temps and ryze the memory frecuency at 3600MHZ . got good temps HW show at full load about 4.2 to 4.3ghz and good scores on CINEBENCH R20

Hi, I am from Hong Kong
Would you share your setting of BIOS?
Coz I got the same equipment and I have some problems of setting and something like bug~

On the other hand, did you have the problem like the end of video. Delay booting in X370 ROG Crosshair VI Extreme with 3700X

Consider yourself lucky, CH6 rarely works fully stable with 4ch memory @3600MHz.

CH7 and CH8 work fine (if memory is capable of course) since their board traces are different topology allowing higher memory frequencies.

c6h has t topology i think the c8h had daisy chain
t topology is sposed to be better for 4dimm

Glad to hear this, as I have the CrossHair VI Extreme as well, currently running a R1700. But I have a 3900X on the way. So happy to hear it's running so well on this board. What memory are you using. I have 32GB of the GSkill FlareX 3200C14.

Hi this is the one I have in my CH6E Samsung Bdie Corsair CMW16GX4M2C3200C14 I have 4x8GB kit 3200mhz currently oc very stable at 3800mhz with the ryzen dram calculator. I can get stable to 3900mhz but have to keep my flck at 1900 the only downside is I get about 74 latency with 3800mhz my latency are better much better around 59-61
