Slow App Startup After Latest ME Update

I installed the latest ME (version 11.11.65.1590) tonight and suddenly apps such as Chrome and Firefox are taking 5-10 seconds to open. Has anyone else had such an issue?

Updated my Apex with @tistou77's 1902 bios, installed latest IME drivers, updated ME to 11.11.65.1590 and all went well.

Tested Firefox and Chrome with the results being 2 second load times.

8 NVME drives on MB and Sata disabled in bios.

I figured it out. I had an auto update with Realtek Audio around the same time and that turned out to be the culprit. I uninstalled it and everything is opening fast again.
