Best I can do with my 3600 with C6H on 7401 (no AutoOC or PBO) is around 3950mhz. All core in cinebench.

Single core is around 4080mhz.

Temps are 75-76C

That is the most I've gotten as well under stock/pbo settings, but with C8F. Not maintaining it for any reasonable time tho.

What voltages does your CPU use? (SVI2 TFN)

Mine is basically the same as yours. Just 20MHz more on single core. It's so frustrating

Cool thanks . My voltages are much lower. 1.43v for the most part with rare spikes to 1.45v. Seems odd when we are using the same bios and auto voltage

Boosts on latest agesa are lower if memory frequency is 3600 or higher

My 3900X literally tops out at 4500.00 MHz, it's like it's being artificially capped.

Yeah not really trusting hwinfo.
Even in Ryzen master all cores sleep but voltage is not dropping under 1.4V.
Thats why i check hwinfo just incase it might pick up 0.2V in some point, but no.

Yes i have normaly stuff background, but closed all. It can be proofed because all cores go to sleep in Ryzen master.

Perhaps UEFI issue, don't know to be honest.

HWINFO/CPU-Z/AIDA64 and any other software monitoring tool has not been correctly set to not pull Ryzen 3000 out of sleep, so you will see higher MHz/Voltage. This is not the fault of authors of those applications AMD are not giving the developers the information to update their software.

I changed to UEFI 2701 on C7H, AGESA ComboPi-AM4 1.0.0.3ABB and chipset driver v1.8.19.0915.

Without setting Global C-State Control to enabled I can see cores sleep/low VID in Ryzen Master.



With CPU-Z open, cores do not sleep and VID is slightly higher.



I have not also adjusted CPU min state in power plan yet...

this last bios breaks my nvm raid, doesn't want to allow boot on GPU #2, I can't get to a working system so I can't try GPU passthrough but I'm pretty sure it is still broken....
Is ASUS only for Gamers on windows??? LAME
These are more important issues to me, and should be to any power user than a few Mhz anyway
