@Shamino, 3900X + CH7 WiFi + BIOS 2703 = BCLK nevers stays at 100 even if manually set. HWiNFO says it's 98.8 and memory is 1581 (rather than 1600) and AIDA says 99.4 and 1590 memory.

The real question is, why we can't just bump PBO with BCLK as it was possible before. Now, I have to start the ryzen master and apply the profile after every reboot.
If people could easily bump PBO with BCLK, nobody would complain about boost

If you are using DOCP in Ai Tuner this will happen. Use auto or default instead and copy memory timings over

OK. So, the latest BIOS really improved performance, but not clocks. Here are several tips that can help to maximize performance(not frequency):

1) Set all C-states to ENABLED(not just global, but ALL).
2) Set negative voltage offset. For me, -0.062 worked the best.
3) When using a negative voltage offset, it's OK to set LLC to max level and then look for the lowest voltage that will keep the system stable without degrading performance. This way you'll have low idle temps and stable system. However, lower LLC is always better, so increase it just as much as necessary to avoid excessive overshoot.
4) Turn OFF PBO. It's in most useless for now and actually reduce the performance
5) Use default Performance Enhancer
6) If you can't post with 07 Q-code, this is most likely your FCLK. Set SOC offset to +0.025-0.05(Find the lowest that will work). It also will help if you are OCing FCLK to match your RAM frequency.
7) Test your OC with Cinebench R20 multi-core AND single-core. This is the fastest way to check the stability, and if your system passes 3 runs, it most likely will pass anything.
8) SOC voltage set to "Auto" MAY DRAMATICALLY REDUCE YOUR PERFORMANCE, especially if you overclocked your FCLK/RAM. Start CPU-Z, click on "Bench" and then click on "Stress CPU". Than open AI SUITE(or any software that allows you to change SOC voltage) and increase the SOC voltage little by little until your score will improve in real-time. The same works with Core Voltage offset. Find the best performing SOC voltage and THEN Core voltage. When you'll find the best values, don't forget to set them in the BIOS.

P.S.: I was able to push my 3700X to 4550, but it requires more voltage, and we will hit the thermal limit sooner than chip will become unstable. It means, that we unlikely will see that +200Mhz that many people expect to see, not because the processor can't achieve it, but because you'll need 360mm AIO to keep temps under control with let's say 1.55V; However, the returns can't justify the power consumption, heat, and cost of cooling solution.

In DRAM Timings although I set RttPark to RZQ/5 everytime, Ryzen Master reports it as RZQ/1. So I'm not sure 5 actually applies. Anyone else experience this?

I'm at ABB now, 2703, frequencies really took a hit. This is at Auto OC.

My good cluster reaching 4625MHz on three cores is now my bad cluster maxing out at 4350MHz. The bad cluster has less regression as it used to hit 4400MHz on two cores but now 4375MHz on two cores. Not logical.

Looks stable, all benchmarks runs, loosing some performance for example CB R20 multi now runs at 4050MHZ instead of 4075MHz with bios 2501. CPUZ has much worse single core, the 3900X now performs as a 3700X in single. CPUZ multi is only a little lower.

Memory is stable at 1900/1900/1900 3800MHz and booted at first try. Cinebench R20 is not much regression in multi score, but single is way worse down to 488! CB15 is the same multi, but single is once again as a 3700X. The single core frequency advantage of a 3900X is toally erased, multi is like only a 25MHZ regression and wont be noticed much.

To get any performance out of this bios Auto is a POS, you need manual or per-CCX OC. Probably why it is implemented in bios for C8H. Would be nice with the same for C7H.

not the same version of geekbench though. i dont know if that makes any difference
