As noted before this hasn't fixed boosting and PBO still doesn't seem to work either. PPT and TDC values are still frozen too.

    Thanks for the update nonetheless

Well, well, boost is totally broken with this new 2701 bios. As with other 1.0.0.3 bioses. And 3800MHz memory is a total no-go, 3733MHz works. But this is a bad bios, only thing which is better is fail recovery now works.

    Going back to 2501.

In my personal opinion, I'd rather Asus focus COMPLETELY on system stability than fixing boost clocks. (my 3600 still boosts to 4.1ghz while gaming which is pretty good.

I've had an absolutely wicked week and a half trying to get my 3600 to work properly in windows, 7106 and 7201 were pretty miserable BIOS's. AND on top of that, windows 10 1903 having bugs aswell almost made me buy a new motherboard cause I literally thought my board was going bad. Double wammy LOL.

But I don't blame Asus, AMD is the problem here, giving out buggy AGESA codes. That just messes everybody up.

Seriously thank you Shimano for handing these bios files out early!!! They've literally saved my system, I can now work and game without crashing at all (so far)!!!

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't AMD have to fix boost clock issues with a new AGESA version? I don't think motherboard manufacturers can really do much on that front.

Thanks again for the update, sadly for me that was worse than expected. I guess my hopes were set too high.

-PCIE 4.0 is still present in the bios for some of the PCIE connectors like 1 M.2 slot and the PCIE 16x.
Not sure everyone else who has a x470/b450 board, but personally I didn't buy a C7H to get PCIE4.0. If it's gone, I wouldn't bat an eye/I wouldn't care and I'd rather know you're working on fixing bios issues than "hacking" agesa around to get PCIE4.0 back on these chipsets..

-Updating the bios reinstalled a bunch of "PCI-to-PCI Bridge" in the device manager, forcing windows to reinstall drivers for the Graphic card and the network card, maybe something else I didn't notice. Not sure why.

-Temperature reading in the bios are still awfully high when boost is enabled in the bios. Setting the fan to Standard makes my internet browsing habit sound like I'm running a jet engine even with fan smoothing set to 15sec, silent setting mitigates that a bit, and it still manage to make my manual fan setting hit, occasionally, the 70~75c threshold/limit the fan settings has that forces the fan to activate to higher RPM when I browse the internet.
People on reddit with x570 boards (Asrock and Asus too if I remember well) are reporting much lower temperature readings and their machine being quieter overall after updating their board to a bios with AGESA 1.0.0.3ABB. Maybe I was wrong to think this would be implanted in the bios? I mean, what the point of having better temperature reading in monitoring app like "Ryzen master" if the bios still use the old readings to govern the fan PWM? Wasn't this supposed be changed in the bios too?

    Edit: edited for thought clarity

Is the 1.0.0.3abb available for the X470-F as well? Would like to find out if it fixes the WHEA-17 error problems I'm getting.

Drop in performance with 2701 like 2602. My max boost went down from 4350 to 4275. Single core performance went down from 528 to 518 in Cpuz. Multi down too with lower boost.
