Ah awesome I will do a CMOS clear and install it via flashback tonight.

Is there any changelog, or is it just the AGESA code that's been updated?

Glad to hear I'm not alone on this problem. It's like Windows/Ryzen Master treats our CPU's as if we installed new ones with every BIOS upgrade.

Going through peoples experiences sofar in this thread, I'm holding back on updating to 2602.

managed to replicate the 07 and have somewhat a resolution, need a bit of time to test and will update a test version for you when finished testing.

Back on 2501, Ryzen Balanced works, boost works, Ryzen Master do not work, but performance is better. 2602 was a step back more than forward or even sideways. Waiting for next AGESA I suppose, as all current AGESAs looks to be broken in one way or the other.

In BIOS 2602 I got a problem rebooting my System. On every reboot it crashes down, system is completely turned off an than it starts... its the behavior like the Cold-Boot-Bug.. just on every reboot.
On the other Hand.. DOCP is working now.

Hmm.. so far this smells like a response to the reddit thread about crowdfunding an Asus intern for BIOS development on the AMD subreddit.

Basically a big "newer AGESAs are buggy, that's why we didn't release any updates - told you so"

For those that are having trouble with Ryzen Master not starting try this.

    Posted by sqwerty.

Fix found and working consistently on reboot.

In search type regedit and navigate to:

    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\S ervices\

If you see the following two entries:

    AMDRyzenMasterDriverV13
    AMDRyzenMasterDriverV14

right click AMDRyzenMasterDriverV13 and delete it.
    reboot.

This way windows can correctly load the v14 version RM requires to function

What puzzles me is haven't we known for days now that a) ABA is more recent than AB and b) both are buggy? So what on earth is the point of releasing something based on AB right now?

On another note, can someone please explain to the AMD AGESA team how version numbering generally works in a sane world?
