There is no difference whatsoever. If you using a T probe to measure the temp of the grilled meat and it shows 80C, it will do the same if you put it in the hot water - 80C will remain 80C regardless of the source of heat.

Discussion has been on Sense Mi Skew. You stated you calibrated Sense Mi Skew offset based on data you gathered on Zen+.

It's definitely reporting lower temps, but I know the offset because I calibrate it with Zen+ using thermal imaging some time ago, while I had my hands on the thermal camera. So, yes, I'm not assuming that T.probe gives exact numbers for tCTL/tDIE, but If you know how much offset you should apply to those numbers, then you good to go.

The bug check code 133 one seems to be nvidia drivers, when for some reason the RTX2080 gets uninstalled and installed again, which messed up the drivers (geforce experience had previous version as blank), not sure what this fresh intel LAN is about, i ofter see drivers from here that need to be verified again. SFC finds nothing wrong, DISM check health and restore health also nothing.
It seems like somethings not right with either the LAN controller or USB or i don't know. Sometimes i wonder if it wouldn't be better to buy a X570 motherboard for less money than i can sell this 3 month old C7H and maybe just for kicks have a friend use the C7H for a while on the 2600 and see if he has any BSODs.

You got it completely wrong. I never used the SenseMi skew offset, I just know the temperature offset that needs to be added to the value from T probe to match the reading from the thermal image, and as hotter it gets, as more accurate it will be. Setting the SenseMi offset will show incorrect results during the idle, which will lead to excessive boost at low voltage and then crash. Not a good idea unless you use a very high LLC and voltage set to "Auto" without negative offset

Check your TRFC. It might be too low on Auto

New bios 2704 for the B450 E Gaming also, my motherboard.

    https://www.asus.com/uk/Motherboards...Desk_Download/

Gonna make a video of this...its probably just a validated version of the 0002 beta bios posted by Shamino.

I doubt or have any faith in Asus at this point.
But I will post a video on YouTube just the same, as further RMA evidence gathering.

I did not overclock. The problem occurs randomly. ASUS doesn't seem to recognize the problem right now. It happens when install both the latest chipset driver and BIOS.

when I swap from 2700x to 3700x, I did notice it reinstall tons of stuff right away; though I have yet to experience any BSOD.
I initially ran DOCP profile, then do the memory oc. have no problem with 4 dimms of Flare X 3200 14C in either DOCP/ 3200Mhz / 3600Mhz (didnt like the high voltage so dial back to 3200Mhz)

1 thing I do notice that ppl seems to have issue with the Intel Lan?, which I done use and have disabled in the BIOS
maybe that's why I dont experience those BSOD.
I will also suggest to run DDU to do full clean uninstall nvidia driver then reinstall it if you think it's causing issue.

if you using ryzen dram calculator to do the OC, make sure you are selecting the right processor gen, motherboard and use V1 profile for samsung B-die.

I also getting different profile w/ the dram calculator, so make sure you download the latest version.

As I suspected, 2704 is nothing more then a validated 0002 beta

Tried both my memory kits on 2704...results:
