Ouch rolling back to the previous BIOS.
Bios much tidier but.
-The CPU is not going back to its lower power states.
-Voltage going from .143 to almost 1.49
-Only Ryzen Master some CPU behavior (Sleep states) from other APP like CPUZ Clock are stuck at its maximum in this case 4.250Ghz
-Temps about 15c higher.
-It fails to boot 1 or 2 times when entering previous values for RAM (manually).
-Worst performance.

Well this sounds like a bit of a dumpster fire. Why even release it?
Thank you to those who tried testing it so I don't have to waste my time.

I wouldn't call it a dumpster fire. Anything that can be released to a group of power users and tested is valuable information to engineering. It's not a wide release posted to their own support site (yet). I'll flash it and see if my board will post my 3900x. As it stands, all previous BIOS versions failed to post with code 07.

I tried setting mem at 3533MHz and Fclk att 1766MHz, as some users with other vendors have reported it would activate boost. But it doesn't, still only 4300MHz instead of 4400MHz.
Tried stock as well, performance is even worse, max all core in CB20 4100MHz vs 4150-4175MHz with 2501. Everything is worse with this bios.
And now Ryzen Master is dead again, "no driver loaded"
edit. there was a new HWINFO64 Beta today which appear to show correct values.

Regarding the Ryzen Master issue I had that with both 2401 and 2501, it's like the installation gets FUBAR after a while (was working until a reboot, then not working, reinstalled again after a reboot and not working, reinstalled second time and is working). My current installation is working both with 2501 and 2602.

C6H: Worse boost behaviour, severely worse memoc (can't even cold boot 3733 when I could coldboot 3800 at 7201). Better cpu temps, C5 is fixed, 07 is fixed, TurboV Core working again in windows.
I'm sticking with this one at 4.2@1.356 and 3200 XMP

Sadly still can’t POST my C6H/3900x combo with this bios either. Hangs on 07 post code like prior BIOS versions. Really appreciate the early builds though!

I've had this on the last 3 version, C7H and 2700x. Upgraded from Gigabyte Aorus Ultra Gaming, had no problems with vcore and temps then, used to idle at 4°C above ambient, now it's more like 10-15°C as it's between 1.4 and 1.45v 99% of the time using balanced windows plan. Funnily stress test in CPU-Z drops vcore to 1.33v with all cores at 4ghz load.
EDIT: reinstalled chipset drivers and tried ryzen balanced plan, vcore now hovers at around 1.35v while the cores are at a minimum 90% which is around 4ghz, it seems more Ghz, less vcore.Last edited by igralec84; 07-25-2019 at 01:15 PM.
