I do have the exact same issue as you. If i leave it off a day though it seems to boot fine. Next day i have that issue as you describe or even that it reboots into safe settings or also that i keep getting a black screen. Otherwise i am very happy with 7401/3 both work like a charm once you get them to boot

7306 and 7403 are both official versions, not beta ; i didn't have these problems with the versions I used with the 2700x (6401 and earlier)

    @Shamino

Here is 0002 modded to allow SB Clock Spread Spectrum to be able to be changed. Also you can search using F9 and change HPET to disabled...plus a whole host of of other menu features are in it.

So far it appears to have fixed the fan issue. IF you want to test out my modded bios let me know. Though I do need to make 2 minor adjustments to the bios before I release to wild. Lots of fan controls as well. Honestly I and many other believes this is what a bios should be but I do not have all the tools y'all have available.

Actually 2703 gives me a little better boost clocks compared to 2606, but might be something i set up in BIOS differently and don't remember. Still not 4400 flat on all cores like AGESA 1.0.0.2 managed, but ok. The average vcore being a bit higher than normal is due to Ryzen Synapse constantly using 2-3% CPU for the RGB effect that isn't the default one and not allowing the cores to drop to 2200mhz on the windows balanced plan.

Modded 0002 C7HWIFI Okay I correct my minor issues...here is the link for the C7HWIFI note this. Also it it only works correctly with to show bios options as far as I know with ONLY Ryzen 1000/2000 series. I do not have a 3000 series to work with so I really have not been able to figure out what and why it is not working with it.

The file is already correctly named for flashback.

@Shamino, I'm currently experiencing 3 issues with the 2703 UEFI:
    1. The setting Advanced -> APM Configuration ->Restore On AC Power Loss does not work when set to Last State.
    2. I'm using a Corsair Strafe RGB Keyboard and I can't enter UEFI setting if I don't put the keyboard in BIOS mode (https://forum.corsair.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=174395). Previously I had an ASUS Z97-A motherboard and didn't need to put the keyboard in BIOS mode.
    3. CPU/Case fans stop after some time or ASUS WMI gets stuck until I reboot. I'm currently testing the 0002 BETA UEFI that was provided in another thread.

If you mean ac power loss back to boot,
This is not a bug, since board would need to boot safe settings for dram and apply dram vboot before going into user customized settings , else you would train oc dram with default volt, the bios can only apply volts after psp

for bios 7403 & 0002, i also get this "double boot" issue in c6h where the board will power on, off and on again during cold boot. But, in 7302 bios which also included the "C5" fixed, the board will just successfully power on and boot for the first time.

also, i am experience another strange issue in 7403/0002, the PC cannot restart or boot after shutdown, the POST will fail and give 3 beep code (F9, related to memory?).

    steps to reproduce:
    1. power on the PC (cold boot)
    2. after load into windows, shutdown/restart
    3. power on the pc again (warm boot)
    4. POST fail, F9 3 beep code

My CPU is in stock settings and only memory is OC (pass 1000% HCI memtest and stable in all previous version of bios).

even with GSKILL XMP settings 3200C14 1.35v, this issue is still persists.

Anybody noticed CPU Package Power (SMU) is reading wrong values on the C6H? It happens the same on rivatuner, it must be bios related.
