I am currently working on the C7H non-wifi 002+ based on dumpster SMU FW ABBA updated. I have the C7H Wifi done. My modded bios have the most features unhidden as it takes around 6 to 8 hours of editing so it takes times. So pick your flavor.
I using Gupsterg's mod right now which based on ABBA, and I found it most performant, but my clocks went down 25mhz compared to his previous mods. While it is nice to have a higher clock, I only care about raw performance. I think we should focus on finding the settings which will improve PB2/PBO/XFR.

Would you be able to mod the ABBA SMU FW into the C6H 7306 Bios? I do have issues with posting/rebooting with any later BIOS.

I think for either of those to have any real effect, you'd have to be able to raise the EDC limit, and I think that is pretty much locked on X470 and below. I could be wrong tho, but Crosshair VII hero users say setting a higher manual EDC limit does nothing on those boards. Works fine on X570.

As I understand, you modded ABBA Bios. How do you like it? Which one gave you the best results?
As you said, SMU FW 46.49.00 has the highest performance, but I can't figure out which BIOS contains it.
    Please, post the links here
AGESA is ABB, SMU FW is 46.49.00 in UEFI 0002M-FIE, I did not mod the SMU FW into UEFI, The Stilt did, I added the other elements to his UEFI as stated in the txt. Besides posting links on OCN I post then in this thread on ROG.

For me SMU FW 46.49.00 is giving best clocks/performance, I guess as silicon characteristics can differs besides what CPU model we may have, the effect seen from differing SMU FW may not be similar between some setups.

No, The Stilt has created a release of UEFI for C6H with SMU FW 46.49.00, posted on OCN in C6H thread.

I can say on my R5 3600 EDC change does take effect and I am using C7HWIFI. It has worked on all Official/Beta UEFIs with and without mods. How I EDC change works is from if I make no changes to it and do PBO+150MHz I do not gain boost MHz or performance.

Thanks for the reply! I noticed much better results in benchmarks if PBO running at motherboard limits https://imgur.com/a/omV7VOf. Changing manually PPT/EDC doesn't do pretty much anything. Also, in Ryzen Master it looks like the processor is limited by EDC solely, but HWinfo shows that under the load, PPT is at 88-90W which perfectly corresponds with 3700X standard limit.

Somhwere in "Advanced" tab of the BIOS, I found ECO mode that had 3 options as far as I remember and could limit PPT to 45W for Matisse, 65W for something else and so on. I loaded my profile, and that option disappeared. I tried to search for it, and I can't find it. I even called ASUS, and they don't know where is it too. Maybe someone knows where it could be or can look it up in your bios. Much appreciated!
I think ECO mode option is in the AMD Overclocking section of the Advanced Tab. You can also turn on ECO mode in Ryzen Master, requires restart.
