Hi ,

I bought a ASUS STRIX Z370 E MOTHERBOARD to have an integrated WIFI and BLUETOOTH.

The WIFI and the BLUETOOTH completly disappeared from the device manager after installing an update for my MX MASTER mouse.

I followed every solution I could find on the net :

1. I used the troubleshooting tool from windows

2. I tried to update all the network drivers

3. I restarted the computer after resetting the BIOS. I even unplug the PC from the wall to be sure.

4 I reinitialized the PC

5 I updated the BIOS

6I reinstalled completly windows 10

So now I have a true fresh windows 10.

So, I tried to install all the drivers from the asus site from the chipset to LAN,wireless and BLUETOOTH connection.

Only the Wifi and the bluetooth driver doesnt work and doesnt change anything...

Apart from an hardware issue , I dont see another explanation. Is it possible only the WIFI module got broken and is it possible to replace only this module easily?

Please someone can tell me if there is another solution?
