Hi,
Remove Intel Turbo Boost 3.0...
Here's a proper way to disable the application (with device driver intact).
1. RIght-click on the tray icon, and select disable
2. Open Task Scheduler and all running tasks and scroll for it
Right click it and disable Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0
3. Open Command Prompt as administrator and type sc config ITBMService start= disabled
CMD should say it was successful
4. Reboot.
Now back into bios and disable Enhanced Intel Speed Step in ai tweak advanced then Enable Speed Shift in advanced section cpu power options where c-states is also listed.
F10 to save and reboot.
Might have to repeat one more time before it sticks.
Thank you @Jpmboy for processLast edited by ThrashZone; 08-01-2019 at 10:24 PM.
