Not first priority, I guess. Hopefully, we won't have to wait much further.

I wonder whether the new BIOS supports the Zen 3 CPUs. CPU support list has not been updated.

Update: I am running with the new BIOS for one hour now and my initial impressions are quite positive. Two things I have noticed:
A new entry in the PBO menu called PBO Fmax Enhancer:

ASUS say that this setting is beneficial for boosting single-threaded workloads and claim that it is an exclusive feature for their mobos. So far, I cannot confirm or deny this statement.

Secondly, PBO boosts CPU frequency much more aggressively than before. Previously, under the multi-threaded Cinebench R20 test runs my Ryzen 3700X was modestly boosted to around 4 GHz on all cores with a Core voltage close to 1.45V. Now, CPU can sustain between 4.15 and 4.2 GHz on all cores while voltage is kept under 1.35 V. My score in the test jumped from 4700 to over 4900 points (perhaps, not that impressive as an absolute result but still this is slightly more than 4% increase just from a BIOS update). And this is without any manual tweaks in the BIOS other than enabling the PBO settings.

    Good job, ASUS and AMD!

Just flashed to v2802. No issues so far, performance does seem marginally better in some apps on the new BIOS. Knew this was coming based on the AMD chipset driver update just a few days ago.

For those updating, don't load older BIOS profiles after flashing. You must re-create your BIOS settings from scratch because there are new features within the BIOS settings. If you attempt to load a user profile from an older BIOS, you'll likely experience boot/post failure and have to reset CMOS to get things back up and running.

I do it like this, update BIOS -> load optimised settings -> set BIOS settings from scratch as before.

PS: Last time, after BIOS update I could not boot in to Windows.

Updated to 2802. Still no ERP Ready setting! Some people were telling me they had ERP ready available on 2602. What's going on?

Any idea if the new BIOS supports the new Zen 3 CPUs? Release notes do not mention anything about that.

Personally, I always save the BIOS update file unzipped to a HDD, boot into the BIOS, then use the EZ-Flash 3 utility to flash the new BIOS. Once it's flashed, your PC will reboot, perhaps power off/on a couple of times, and you should be brought to a screen stating that you need to enter your settings using the F1 key. Go into your BIOS settings and re-configure them from scratch.

If you're using Bitlocker drive encryption in Windows 10, make sure you head into the Windows control panel and SUSPEND Bitlocker before proceeding with a BIOS flash, or you'll be required to go through Bitlocker recovery in order to boot back into Windows. It's happened to me a couple of times because I simply forgot to suspend Bitlocker. Fortunately I backup my recovery keys in multiple places in the event that happens.
