How is that relevant we all have ryzen 3000 series cpu's and a x570-e motherboard even my memory is listed as compatible

    Anyway
i got a asus rog strix x570-E gaming with 32 gb kit dual channel Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro CMW32GX4M2Z3200C16 with 3900x
    gpu gtx 1080
samsung 970 evo nvme 2x 860 1 tb samsung ssd and 1x 500 gb crucial mx100 and a 4 tb wd purple drive dont know which one.

I originally did not do clean install, then i decided to do clean install to make sure everything runs as it should did't make a difference, usually i just clonezilla over network boot with windows 10 image, i could not this time cos i needed fresh install

Got a feeling bios patched it out for compatibility reasons, in bios there where sections that said s3 is not supported with disabled cores, so i am confused.

Thumbs up 1409 changelog ?? Asus really

Not only do they take longer than their rivals, MSI with lower ranges has version 1.0.0.5 available for more than a month, nothing new, release the bios 1409 without changelog, I do not know about you but I do not imagine some drivers nvidia or amd without notes of changes, gives a feeling of neglect

Maybe we should feel sorry for the bios guy, there was the Z490-launch with a multitude of new bioses, there is a upcoming B550 launch with even more bioses, there will be several X570 refresh boards I assume, more bioses and then there's the B460, H460 and A520 launches with a lot more bioses. And all the OEM bioses. And the server boards. And the laptop bioses. For one guy, we should be happy we even got A bios in the first place

Any impressions from the new BIOS? I wonder if it's worth updating it since it is not clear what changes/optimizations (if any) it brings.

Btw, I can't help noticing that this BIOS release coincides with the update of AMD X570 chipset drivers. Previous version was also release when the chipset drivers were refreshed (on 2020/04/07). Not sure if both updates are related but looks suspicious.

I'm sure it's a coincidence, the new drivers brings nothing really new. PSP processor and PCI are the only two updated components.

But I've seen a few having diverse problems with X570-E on online forums, I think it is a bugfix bios, possibly also bumped to AGESA 1.0.0.5. Someone has to test it first so we know.

Unhappy Confirmed not is Agesa code 1.0.0.5

Confirm this is not Agesa 1.0.0.5, any minor update 1.0.0.4 fixes? The changelog does not specify anything as we know, I do not understand anything ... of this BIOS update sincerely
