    VDDG CCD Voltage 0.900
    VDDG IOD Voltage 0.950

It's not strange at all. He's using 32Gb sticks and you are using 16GB sticks, that's a HUGE difference. 16Gb sticks can run 3800mhz and 4000mhz if yer really good or lucky. 32Gb sticks will do around 3400mhz or 1700 fclk at best.

I think I tried that before with one BIOS version and recall it may have helped. Thanks for mentioning as I can try it again.

I could run 3600mhz as advertised with 1800 or even 1900fclk on an older BIOS. ASUS has changed something that has caused this issue for me

Just updated to 4010 Bios(5800X), ran R23 for 2 mins on 4002 and got a score of 14411 and ran same test with same settings in bios (4010) and got 14200. Although I did see the power reporting deviation on HWinfo between 4002 and 4010 is about ~1.5 points in the same load senario. 4002 it was around 97.4% and 4010 was sitting at 98.8%. The lowest recorded so far is 97.8%.

    Settings
    DOCP, 3600
    PPT - 120W
    TDC - 80A
    EDC - 130A
VDDCR offset mode set to - and offset voltage is 0.07500V

    everything else set to stock.

Some were better than others but all had at least some stability issues for my setup that I either could not fully address or required that I change memory settings that resulted in lowered performance.

For me on every BIOS, after 2606 I disable this and don't have idle or random reboots.
