Do a clean Win 10 Install:

after installing all drivers (chipset etc) you go on with the asus software.

Install in the following order:

1. Asus Control Interface v2 --> restart ur computer
2. Armory Crate Service --> restart ur computer
3. Armoury UWP (from Microsoft Store) --> restart ur computer
4. Asus Rog Live Service Package --> restart ur computer
5. Armoury Crate Service & Rog Live Service UPDATE Package --> restart ur computer

after that open Armoury Crate and update all the software --> restart ur computer

at the end you install MyAsus from the microsoft store --> restart ur computer

the LED should be working now!

Rather than reinstalling Windows 10, you have two choices.

1. Save all your personal data on the OS drive to an external storage drive.

2. Perform a System Recovery using the Recovery Partition installed on your OS drive. This will bring the laptop back to original condition with a fresh copy of Windows 10. All your ASUS drivers and programs will be installed and working.

3. Delete all ASUS programs in Control Panel/Programs and Features. Then use the ASUS Installation Wizard (AsInWiz.exe) found in the eSupport Folder to reinstall all the ASUS drivers and programs. Once this has been accomplished and laptop rebooted, your Aura Sync should be functioning again.

If you are going to reinstall Windows 10, then remember to keep a copy of the eSupport Folder. Once Windows is installed (before you start updating Windows), use the ASUS Installation Wizard to install all the ASUS drivers and programs.

Good Luck
