Assuming you're both receiving the Mem O.K message, then both of you.

Silent Scone@ASUS could you write what exactly MemOK! switch do? Does it disable memory stress test during POST and disable Memory Training, or disable both? Or.. maybe memory stress test is the same as Memory Training?

Thanks, No my system just rebooted that one time without any error message at all. It's funny how things like that can happen, one minute I'm reading about the OP having reboots then my system decided to do the same, spontaneously and just that one time [fingers xed].

The MEM OK II switch turns on and off the memory training which happens automatically or when the MEM OK II button is pressed.

    Search for (in Bios)

Boot VCCIO & Boot SA Voltage

I set both to 1,29375v - after booting it use 1,2250v for both voltages.

Thats the voltages my 9900KS needs to run.
