There Is "ASUS setup" and just "Setup"

How about the realtrek audio manager?

Or should I just use the SS3??

What i do >>> LOOK

First of all i install windows 10 V. 1903 Clean installation
i don't connect with internet
i install all drivers ( Except Realtek Audio Driver ) such as :
1) Intel Management Engine Interface
2)Intel Chipset Driver
3) Intel Gigabit Ethernet Driver
4) Nvidia gtx driver

THEN : I connect My PC to internet i make update for windows 10
and update for APPs windows 10 from Microsoft Store

Then : I install Realtek Audio Driver ((SETUP ONLY)) ( make sure that Sonic Studio III & Realtek Audio Control from Microsoft Store TO UPDATE )

I followed the op's instructions in this thread, worked fine for me.
