1. In Bios setting, when I change "ErP ready" to enable (to turn off power of USB ports after shutting down), all rgb light will be always off even when PC is running
2. Can not disable all led light on Mobo after shutting down computer (start button, audio ports's led is still glow ).

I found this issue in 1601 version and reported it. In 1701 this issue was fixed. Now it comes back again in 1901
