For several days I have been trying to find an answer and I have not found / received

As soon as I turn the new volume wheel from 0% - 100%
In each scroll its goes by 4 steps.

0% - 4% - 8%

Asus coded it to be like that?

Because on every asus laptop I had and by default I know it should be 0% - 2% - 4%

I would appreciate if anyone with GX701 can test it in addition, just to know if its a bug, broken wheel, or coded by asus to be like that.
