The bios for the omega has not been updated since Version 3006
2020/02/14... It is due for an update a long time ago.
As per the Encore, usually Asus will provide a bios update every 3 months,it is also past due.
Pick up your act Asus.Last edited by Desertum_0; 07-20-2020 at 04:04 AM.

I know I’m dragging up the dead but I’ve not experienced a double boot with a 9940X or 10980XE.*

Big performance loss
Hi
I'm using rampage 6 extreme encore, core i9-10900x, 32 Go RAM, SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS system disk.
Using samsung NVME driver ver 3.3.0.2003.
I noticed a big loss in random read performance (see belowpicture).
The only change done is the windows 10 20H2 update.
The same loss appears on all my SSD drives (RAID, SATA or nvme)
Have you an idea of what is the problem and how to solve it?
Thanks for help.

I use the same SSD as you do however because I also use Intel RST (Optane HDD Acceleration) the Intel RST has taken over my main OS SSD disk and I am unable to find my disk using Samsung magician however in your case I would recommend to update the firmware (if any available) .
Also, does it show that is using the Samsung driver and that is connected at PCIe 4X?
Let us know.
