COMBO AUDIO JACK :: LISTEN + SPEAK [ASUS ROG Strix SCAR II - GL704GW] :: How to?

Hi:

I have an ASUS ROG Strix SCAR II - GL704GW!

I'm trying to connect the InEar Headphones that I use in my smartphone in the laptop!
These InEar Headphones also have microphone, and it has a 4pin 3.5mm jack [combo]:


When I connect to the laptop the Windows ask what type of device I'm connecting:


I select Microphone!

But, for some reason I'n not able to use the Microphone (of the headphones)!
Only when I select Headphones (Auscultador) I can only listen the sound in the headphones, but I'm not able to use the headphones + microphone (listen + speak) as it should be (using the headphones)!

Can someone give me an help?
