Hi,
is it possible to connect one of the Front Usb Cable of the Helios Case with an Adapter to an Usb2 Header on the Mainboard?
Because the Hero XI only have 1 Usb3 internal Header, but 2 Usb2.
What Kind of Adapter can I use?

Actually you're gonna need female on both ends of the converter. This is the one I used to connect the other 2 front USB ports to a USB 2.0 Header:
