Please help Creative Labs squash bugs with "AE" series sound Cards

Hi guys,

UPDATE 8/29/2019 - Issue seems to have been fixed for me with the new beta drivers that came out today. Try them out at the link below. For all you guys blaming Microsoft, Microsoft fixed their side of the issue last month. It was up to the sound card manufacturers to create a compatible driver that works.

If anyone here has an AE series Sound Blaster card and has issues, then please continue.

I'm not paid by Creative labs, I'm an audio enthusiast who wants my issues resolved. Getting that out of the way, I was hoping if anyone here with a Creative Labs "AE" series sound card that is experiencing audio dropouts (Or any issue) and is able to help Creative Labs squash the bugs. The more feedback, the quicker we can start enjoying our Sound cards connected to our Asus products. Creative Labs Dev team focuses on feedback from their Subreddit channel. My symptoms are audio dropouts and audio stutter. When a stutter is detected through JRMC, audio stops. Other music playback apps gives audible stutter which is somewhat subtle.

Update: MusicBee just recently experienced an audio dropout on my computer.

Please participate in the below subreddit channel, Thank you 🙂 :

For the moment, these issue is on the windows side. Is a know issue since 1903 start and Microsoft hast to resolve these. That includes asus sonar and some Sound blaster cards.

Actually, that page is just a rant and it doesn't work. Even the people who reply to that article don't even talk about their findings. This time is may not be a windows issue.

As of today It is a driver issue, not a Windows issue. Microsoft fixed the audio issues last month. It was up to the sound card manufacturers to create a compatible driver.

That is incorrect. New beta drivers were released today and all is working fine so far after 3 hours of constant playback.

Jesseinsj What Windows KB Update { Windows KB #} Fixed The Microsoft Audio Issues , Its A Windows Issue , Unless Creative Made New Driver Either Beta Or A Released Drive Audio Issues Will Continue
Or Are You Saying Creative Released A Beta Driver ? That Fixed The Audio Issues , Microsoft Certainly Did Not Fix Audio Issues With Any Update

Post Link To Beta Driver Please
