Just to clarify @Rebe1 has guided to use "max frequency overdrive: 100 MHz" that enables AutoOC, OC stands for Overclock/Overclocking AFAIK, below is example for you to reference, please see the blue highlighted element in HWINFO and also see clock MHz, besides other info in the CPU window.
If @Rebe1 had only stated set PBO to Enabled or Manual and set PPT/TDC/EDC at xyz then yes I would have agreed as stated in linked article. The moment you introduce a offset to MHz it's an overclock. Also see what term Ryzen Master has once you add "max frequency overdrive: 100 MHz", in this ZIP is a WMV of my system and RM is shown.Last edited by gupsterg; 09-10-2019 at 04:45 PM.
