ROG Maximus XI Hero WiFi - PCIE question

Hi. Looking to build a new system.

Will I have an issue with the following cponfigruation:

Slot 2 (PCIe 3.0 x16_1): 1080Ti @ x16
Slot 6 (PCIe 3.0 x16_3): PCIe-based SSD @ x4

The only other storage drive is a mechanical hard drive on SATA6G_1.

Slot no’s are confusing but pice clarify 1gpu and 4x nvme or ssd. For sure it’s fine but only works on x series intel platform not normal one not sure for the AMd may be thread ripper
