How long does it take for the junk built in installer to finish on 390 boards
Just swapped from Z270G to Z390I had the first boot window to install the lan drivers but my god it keeps locking down the computer to where desktop is there and cycles photos but that's it. Can't click anything. Cursor shows loading every now and then but there is no status window or anything. I rebooted to bios to disable the Wi-Fi and had the lan cable unplugged but it's still basically freezing it down.

It takes too long to finish it.
Maybe you should use the supporting DVD to install the drivers.

Disable it in BIOS, use DVD, or download on a flash drive.
