Strix 1070ti too hot,HELP!

Hello.
I recently started getting idle temps on my 1070ti at 58-60c!Before it used to be 47 i think.Idle temps on my ryzen is 36c with a 240 AIO cooler.
The Strix is stock cooled.
I have tried everything i can think of but still the same high temps.I even opened it up and applied Conductonaut.It didnt do anything to the temps.Im also running gpu tweak 2.
I have no idea how to fix this,PLEASE help me.
