Prime X470-Pro Motherboard BIOS Question

I'm going to install Windows 10 onto a Samsung 970 Pro NVMe M.2 drive. There is a BIOS setting under Hard Drive Configuration called "AMI Native NVMe Driver". You can turn it on or off. The default was off. Should that setting be turned on before installing Windows, or is that driver available for situations when there isn't a NVMe driver present? I believe Windows 10 already has NVMe drivers. Thanks!

I have the exact same configuration as you and my setting is set to "OFF". Windows 10 works fine.
