G53s BSOD and OCZ Vertex3 SSD

Just wanted to say thanks to you both. I have been running perfectly for a couple of days now. The new Samsung drive is working great and I am sad the Vertex3 didn't live up to the hype for me.

I also bought some new ram, and wouldn't you know one of the sticks was bad, but I found that easy with the memtest suggestion. Will return that tomorrow.

Just like all the other mass-produced electronic gadgets these days, it is possible to get a defective unit. It doesn't mean they are ALL defective, just that you may have to exchange a defective unit for a new one to hopefully get an issue-free device. If you really like a particular product, you may even have to make more than one exchange!
