I just bought a new Asus RTX 2080 Turbo a few days ago (1st September, 2019) and am trying to redeem the Control & Wolfenstein Game Bundle but keep getting an error. I tried messaging using the 'redemption issues' link but still haven't received any response for 4 days. I have also tried contacting Asus support but they inform me that it is a Promotions support issue and tweeted them with no reply.

Kindly help me resolve this issue quickly as the end date is approaching for this promotion.
