They have already removed it from their AI SUITE 3 Windows app. I don't want to run a program in the background to set my fans. I would have to change all the settings to my computer's other users as well and that I will not do.

Why can't you just add the setting to BIOS as well? I have Z390F Strix MB.

Basically my fans are always 100% if I do anything a little more demanding, as my water cooler (H100X) lets the CPU to go to around 70-80 in some situations.
