    Question What is safe EDC (A), TDC (A), PPT (W): for C7H motherboard VRMs???

    I was kinda expecting that when i enable PBO, and leave EDC (A), TDC (A), PPT (W) on "Auto", it will use some kind of pre-set values for this particular (C7H) motherboard, but it turs out it just sets everything to eleven.....

    Are there any specifications? or comments from ASUS about these values?

    A literal 11 or figurative 11?

    After the new Combo Pi AGESA versions were released you could increase TDC and EDC higher than before so I've been running 1000 PPT, 1000 TDC, 200 EDC with my 2700X. The only noticeable difference is that being able to go higher than 168 on EDC allows for higher all-core multiplier when using Performance Enhancer 3. Though after 188 there doesn't seem to be any change so I use 200 just to be certain I get the highest all-core multiplier that I can. It's usually 42.8 when room ambient is around 27*C during. As far as power usage reported in HWiNFO -- I haven't noticed an increase. But those new Combo Pi AGESA versions also allowed for larger negative VCORE offsets too so that might account for the lack of noticeable change. I've also not witnessed any higher VRM temps. Seems to max out at around 40*C.

    600A AFAIK, 10x IR3555 for VCORE, IR3555 is rated for 60A.

    interesting , so 255A is not "an eleven", but normal, safe for C7H motherbord value... interesting
