Disk 1 has been surprise removed

Im on a CH 7 wifi and W10 64 bit and my secondary drive keeps disconnecting and my event viewer keeps giving "Disk 1 has been surprise removed" as an error. Any1 have an xplanation for this? event ID is 157

Faulty drive? Loose connection? Might want to start with a different SATA cable.

It was a "loose" connection and I had already put a new SATA cable on but when I closed the back panel(on a spacious NZXT H700 case) it was sumhow still causing a disconnect). Was inconceivable but solved now. t/y for replying.
