ASUS 2080 Strix - Fan issue - loud fan motor

I've just bought an 2080 strix, I have an issue with the fan motor , it's buzzing.

You can hear in the 15% fans speed sample, the motor stop and start , you can easily hear the issue.

In the 30% fan speed record, you can here the continuous buzzing the fan motor are generating.

The fans are generating and high pitch sound that is horrible at idle in a complete silent setup.

Is it normal on this card?

If no, do you think it's possible to ask for a new one?

30% fan 10sec then stop.

Unbalanced fan,i would ask for a replacement if still under waranty .

Thanks for your help, I will specify that to the support.

I hope they will propose an RMA without me having to send the card first.

Otherwise I bought it less then 2 weeks ago, I will ask for a refund. I'm concerned by the durability of the cooling system as it is, plus it's annoying.
