I am using GX531GS-AH76 gaming notebook.

The armory crate application in my notebook has three modes: slient, balanced and turbo.
What do they do and what are the differences between them? Do they do anything other than controlling fan speed?
As far as I can tell, turbo is an "overclock" mode and it makes my laptop heats up considerably (95 degrees Celsius).
Is this supposed to happen?

Also, I installed Armory II by mistake (I thought it is compatitble to my laptop).
An error message "Catastrophic failure" pops up everytime I tried to uninstall it.
How do you properly uninstall Armory II?
