Problem:
When running Stability test on AIDA64 with FPU + GPU as well as CPU + GPU, both seem to be running on their best available pefrormance for around 30-40 seconds and right after that, CPU hits "Power Limit", after which Core Clock as well as Temps go down. Biggest concern is that CPU stops running as fast as it should which decreases performance drastically. My temps hit 90-95C, and while I understand it is pretty high, I am planning on repasting and figuring a way to deal with such high temps, however, Thermal Throttling does not explain Power Limit Throttling.
