can't get working Cooler Master MFA case fans

Hi all,

I have the crossahair viii hero wifi x570 with 3900x. I have cooler master MFA ARGB 3-1 120mm case fans that I cannot seem to get working.

I can get them to light up, but not spin. I've used the PWM, no PWM, the switch that comes with the kit and not use the switch.

Any and all suggestions welcome at this point.
