Slow shutdown? Get rid of AsusUpdateCheck.exe

I noticed Asus' update bloatware was starting all by itself and slowing my shutdown/restarts significantly
(using UWT 4 you can tell windows to show what it is doing while shutting down instead of just a rotating circle and saying "shutting down...")

Disabling or deleting the service will not do the trick. It brings itself back every reboot like a cockroach.

Create a text file called AsusUpdateCheck and change the extension to .exe
Then remove all permissions for every user including SYSTEM under Security.

Pathetic how ASUS aims it's products towards enthusiasts, yet give us so little control over their bloatware.
