cannot scan armoury crate

Hi

I have my laptop NEW ROG Zephyrus S GX701GV, I donwloaded the armoury crate in app store, I enabled the wifi in my mobile then scan the qr code, but unfortunately I get always error "MOBILE barcode cannot be read please check that your phone wirless network and bluetooth are turned on.etc.."
but my wifi is already enabled and we have the same network with my laptop.
