Is ASUS broken?

Logged multiple support questions through my account. I have followed this link: https://rog.asus.com/forum/sendmessage.php with instructions from here: https://www.asus.com/events/info/activity_COD/ - keep getting errors and constant errors. Is ASUS on holidays and nobody is home?



I have another two products that are still awaiting redemption.

Does anyone from ASUS take note of this forum for me to even bother continuing?
