No it's not that. It's that ss3svc32.exe at startup pretends to create every single time some tasks into Task Scheduler (SS3Svc32Run for 32 and SS3Svc64Run for 64) and the old trick in SS3Svc32Run (to skip UAC) doesn't work anymore after KB4517211.
Even a signed task that needs to create a new task still needs Admin rights: run ss3svc32.exe from an Admin prompt and signed or not it WON'T pop-up UAC.

EDIT: Asus has 2 choices to fix this: A) contact Microsoft and find what's changed and why their workaround anti-UAC doesn't work anymore... B) change the whole architecture of SS3, use a background running service launched as admin that will start every program (SS3, Sonic Radar 3 etc...). B, is usually the clean way adopted by most programs to skip admin rights.

P.S. FYI I've found another program that uses the Task Scheduler trick to skip UAC and run as admin: is CCleaner (I don't use). When installed through the installer it creates an inactive, on demand task, to skip UAC with: Hidden OFF, Run with highest privileges. In comparison SS3svcRUN (re-created every time you launch ss3svc32.exe!) sets Hidden ON....

If we could find a way to prevent ss3svc32.exe from trying to re-create SS3svcRun at every single launch I'm confident we would fix this annoying issue!

Some say that uninstalling first SS3, SRadar 3 and then installing these:

    Audio Driver 6.0.1.8666
    Realtek Audio Control 1.2.174.0
    Sonic Studio III 3.14.4.0

    1. Speaker (Realtek (R) Audio) and Realtek Digital Output ( (Realtek (R) Audio) 3/18/2019 Driver Version 10.0.18362.1 (same as last version)
    2. A-A-Volute Nh3 Audio Effect Components 2/14/2019 Driver version 1.3.0.0 (same as last version)
    3. Realtek Asio Component 6/19/2017 Driver Version 1.0.0.4 (same as last version)
    4. Realtek Audio Effect Component 3/18/2019 Driver Version 11.0.6000.676
    5. Realtek Audio Universal Service 3/19/2019 Driver Version 1.0.0.159 (same as last version)
    6. Realtek Hardware Support Application 3/7/2019 Driver Version 11.6.6000.174
7 Inside Sound, Video and game controllers, Realtek (R) Audio 3/19/2019 Driver version 6.0.1.8666

should fix the issue (only because it will install UWP versions of Sonic Studio 3 and Sonic Radar 3 etc...)

I have the exact same issue.
I also asked about it to the ASUS Customer Care and after a long series of useless attempts they finally told me that the only way is to wait for the next new version of Sonic Studio that will be released on Microsoft Store (but they didn't tell me when it will be released).
So.. I uninstalled the Sonic Studio from my computer because I don't think the wait will be short.

Thank you for your reply, but I have an Asus Zephyrus GM 501GS and I don't understand which part of the link I have to follow for my configuration.
    Could you help me?
    Thanks.

Sonic Studio will randomly disable sound output when booting into Windows. After I uninstalled it, sound is working. However now I cant take advantage of the onboard amplifier sigh. B450-F board if anyone was wondering. Asus software sucks.

    Unhappy Bass at startup

Downloaded Asus ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING Realtek Audio 6.0.1.8666 (installs Sonic 3.14.4.0) and installed after first uninstalling both the original Sonic & Realtek. The new Realtek installs everything in itself and the hidden icons no longer appear. However start link icons can be pinned to the task bar.

Then installed MS KB4517211 (KB4520390 comes too). No more problems - apparently.

Edit: MS have just updated Sonic Studio to version 3.15.2.0. So it seems it's all MS App based now.
I m facing another problem with my Strix H370 F Gaming motherboard, which is a bass hear at startup of pc

Yes this latest software produces a momentary rumble after boot when the MB switches the audio power on for whatever reason.

Even latest version 6.0.8751.1 with Sonic 3.15.0.0 (see post # 14 & 17) does it.

Coming out of sleep causes an audible click.
