Can I use a 69N0M6M13B03 or 60-N89MB1300-B03?

Your best bet for compatibility is to buy a set of memory sticks that are matched and replace what you have. You may be able to get away with adding a mismatched stick but I would make sure whatever shop you use has a good return policy just in case it does not work.

As for the specific model, I don't seem to have much luck finding the exact model that shipped with machines. In some cases it might be a model that was never sold at retail. Use a memory selector from a manufacturer like Crucial and it should show you several models that will work.
