    Asus support not responding to my email, retailer claiming user error

    This is regarding an ongoing issue with the screws on my M.2 heatsink having been far too tight to remove and simply needing a replacement heatsink with actual removable screws.

    The retailer claims that the stripped screws are my fault even when a raised one won't even come off with pliers, and Asus UK support haven't responded in a week.

    I purchased the motherboard via PayPal credit so I guess I will have to file a dispute now.
