STRIX 2070 super leaking oil?

Hi, I recently bought a new strix 2070 super.
I immediately noticed that at startup the fans make a really loud noise, but I assumed it was normal.
Then, after less than a week, I noticed some liquid droplets at the GPU's height on the inside of my side panel. So I opened it to investigate, and noticed that one of the fans was literally leaking oil, spraying it on my components when spinning.

I don't think that's normal, what should I do?

RMA It Take it Back Where You Bought It

The seller said that I would need to cover the shipping, and that's money I don't have right now as the gpu weighs quite a bit and it would cost too much.

I contacted support and they told me to talk to the seller! They said that they can RMA it only after 2 years have passed.
Did I do something wrong? Is there a way I can RMA it with them immediately?
