Where would I buy an FX504GM replacement fan?

Here is my laptop model: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JF6HRJ1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Over the past couple of weeks, the left fan has started making a grinding noise whenever it is not operating at max speed. I called support and was asked to ship the laptop to texas (it is under warranty), which is not something I'm interested in doing. I asked the rep about what company manufactures the fan or whether they could send me the part, which was not an option. The rep told me that Asus manufactures the fans which I am fairly certain isnt true.

I could really use some software to monitor fan RPM and also control it (my previous laptop, an acer predator, had built in software that could do this).

I was also wondering if anyone could tell me where I can purchase a compatible fan replacement so I can just replace it myself.

Thanks!

Hmm. Those do look like the fans inside my laptop, but the shipping date is more than 2 weeks away. Is there another source like newegg I could use?

I would check Ebay. There may be a US based seller that could get it to you faster.

I don't know where you can get a fan, but don't return it to ASUS under any circumstances.

Once they have it, they will refuse to fix it unless you pay them. If you say no, they will hold your laptop ransom until you pay them to return it without fixing it.
