Can I upgrade SSD M.2 for my Asus ROG G751JT -T7241H with Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe M.2

The ASUS G751JT does not support the M.2 NVMe SSD technology.

You could install a Samsung SATA SSD:

Thank you very much for your info.

As my G751, there is PCLE M.2 slot, what is the best SSD M.2 I can put? instead of SATA SSD.

Again, the G751JT did not come with NVMe support.

You can upgrade the BIOS to support the NVMe. See link below:
